These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the rules for using the Ivett's Gift Box website at ivettsgiftbox.com, including browsing, shopping, checkout, Community, and contacting us. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Ivett's Gift Box. We have not formed a separate company name for these Terms; “Ivett's Gift Box,” “we,” and “us” mean the people running this shop.

1. Eligibility — you must be 13 or older

You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. If you are 13 to 17, you may use the site only with a parent or guardian’s permission, and they are responsible for your use.

Checkout, Community, accounts (if offered), and every other feature of this site are part of Ivett's Gift Box. They are not separate products. Using any of those features means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use checkout, Community, or other information-collecting features. See the children section of our Privacy Policy.

2. The site and its features

Ivett's Gift Box lets you browse personalized gifts, add items to a gift box (cart), customize products, and—when those tools are connected—pay through checkout and take part in Community. Some features may be previews or stubs while we finish connecting payments, accounts, or forums. A preview still belongs to this site and is covered by these Terms.

We may change products, prices, or features, or pause parts of the site for maintenance, without notice. We are not obligated to keep a preview feature available.

3. Accounts and Community

If you join Community or create an account, you are responsible for the information you provide and for anything posted under your name. Keep any login details confidential.

When you participate in Community, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
• Share another person’s private information without permission.
• Impersonate someone else or mislead others about who you are.
• Spam, scrape, or disrupt the forum or the rest of the site.
• Upload malware or attempt to break into the site or other users’ accounts.

We may remove content or suspend access if we believe these Terms were broken. Community posts are public or member-visible; do not treat the forum as a private conversation.

4. Orders, checkout, and payment

Adding an item to your gift box is not an order. An order is placed only if checkout is completed and payment is accepted. Until checkout is fully connected, the “Continue to checkout” step will not charge your card.

When checkout is available:

• You confirm that the shipping address, personalization, and contact details are accurate.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars unless we say otherwise. Shipping and taxes are shown or calculated at checkout.
• Payment is processed by a third-party processor. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, cannot be fulfilled, or violates these Terms.
• Personalized, made-to-order items may have limited cancellation or return options once production has started, except where the law requires otherwise or the item arrived damaged or materially different from what you ordered.

Promotional notes such as free U.S. shipping on orders $75+ apply only while we display them and only to qualifying orders.

5. Personalized products

You are responsible for the names, photos, logos, messages, and artwork you ask us to print. You represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe someone else’s rights or violate the law.

We may decline artwork that appears unlawful, hateful, or that we reasonably believe we cannot print. Colors and placement can vary slightly from what you see on screen because items are made to order by a print partner.

6. Intellectual property

The Ivett's Gift Box name, logo, site design, product mockups, and original copy belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the site or our branding for your own shop. You keep ownership of original artwork you upload; you grant us a limited license to use it to display a preview, produce the item, and fulfill the order.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, overloading our systems, reverse engineering the storefront except as allowed by law, or using the shop for anything other than lawful personal or permitted commercial gifting.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free pages, or that every preview feature is finished. Product photos and descriptions are for illustration.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ivett's Gift Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, or $50 if you did not pay us. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited as much as the law allows.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information, including that we do not knowingly collect it from children under 13. Using the site means you also understand that policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, the new Terms apply to that later use.
